Nutrition Counseling

 Nutrition is a fantastic field because there are many methodologies to help you reach your goal.  As the old saying goes "All roads lead to Rome".  The method used during your counseling session will be based on where you are today.  By providing a road map based on challenges you have experienced in the past can help us develop strategies to overcome those samy obsticales and help you win the war!

Personal Training

 In-home/office training is provided for those individuals who want more privacy or convenience of having the trainer come to them.  Saves time and the hassle of having to drive to your trainer.  Group sessions are available.
